Wowflexi ("we", "our", or "us") operates a rent-to-own mobile application in Brunei Darussalam. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Wowflexi mobile application ("the App").

• Email address
• Mobile number

During application approval, we may also collect sensitive documents such as:

• Identity card
• Payslip
• Bank statements

2. How We Use Your Information

• User registration and account management
• Processing rent-to-own applications
• Customer support and communications (primarily via email)
• Improving app performance and user experience

3. Data Retention

Sensitive documents collected during application approval are deleted within 6 months from the date of application.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except within Wowflexi and with authorized product suppliers solely for service fulfillment.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase services, including:

• Push Notifications
• Analytics for usage metrics
• Crashlytics for crash reporting

Please note that accounts with active rent-to-own plans cannot be deleted until all obligations are completed.

The App is intended for users aged 18 years and above.

This App operates in Brunei Darussalam and is governed by applicable local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective once published within the App or on our official platforms.
